Once Upon A Page ... my scrapbook adventure

At first I thought scrapbooking was a frivolous pursuit. I thought of it as nothing more than a way to post and decorate a book of pictures and to pass time. However, as I began to scrapbook more and more, I realized there is a depth to this hobby that it completely inspired my life. I began to seek out papers and embellishments and I journal to tell an interesting story...These actions were definitely a way to leave a legacy of tales... Every time I took a picture, every hour I scrap, I was forced to examine my life. It allowed me to examine my surroundings, my family, my relationships and my experiences. It allowed me to think about all the good, the significant and the remarkable. It provoked deep thought, it revealed opinions, happiness but most of all, I found appreciation. It became my way of saying that I am happy for where I have been, where I am and where I am going. I whole-heartedly believed that scrapbooking is definitely an inspiration in life. .

My name is Jill and I am a scrapperI! I don't know why I like this hobby so much...but I think it's the thrill in creating it.

I want a special place to put our mementos and memories...and scrapbooking is the answer.
